Yemi AdeekoExecutive Trainer and Effectiveness Solution Facilitator
Yemi is an Executive Trainer and Effectiveness Solution Facilitator with over 12 years of teaching and training based in the UK. I have a wealth of experience in working with children, young people and adults. She is a registered Veterinary Doctor and obtained a Masters Degree in Toxicology. She holds an Extended Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
She was engaged in the area of Research and Development as a Clinical Research Scientist.
Yemi finds her passion in helping others in their personal growth. Her desire is for others to get clarity of where their destination is and help them design for themselves a roadmap to accomplish it so that their true potential can be unleashed.
She brings to the team a wealth of knowledge, understanding and competence that ensures our team of trainers are currently teaching safe, caring, and evidence based practice.
Kola Akinlabi
Kola AkinlabiCardio-Respiratory Physiotherapist
Kola Akinlabi holds an MSc in Advanced Cardiorespiratory from UCL and is a Lead Cardio-Respiratory Physiotherapist in the NHS
He is an expert in COPD, non- invasive ventilation, post cardiac surgery care and advanced cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy practice in ITU/HDU.
He has extensive experience in lecturing graduate diploma students on specialist topics; chronic Asthma, COPD, Bronchiectasis, Long term oxygen therapy, pulmonary rehabilitation and spirometry.
He has I depth knowledge of advanced cardiorespiratory physiology and pathophysiology and application of evidence based practice in acute and chronic respiratory care, including ITU/HDU, acute medical wards and care of the elderly. He is also experienced in the management of all range acute and chronic respiratory disease, respiratory failure, acute stroke and post-operative elective and emergency operations including cardiac surgery.
Having worked in the NHS in a variety of roles, he is involved in advanced clinical management of complex disease conditions and a resource person in his area of expertise.
Kola has a few journal publications in respiratory and stroke and has contributed to writing a textbook on COPD.
